The franchised dealers are equipped with Odis diagnostic and service system for troubleshooting related problems that may occur in new energy vehicles. The system specifies repair issues and labor hours related to new energy vehicles. The franchised dealers will complete the repair of the vehicles within the specified time.

For the use of electric vehicles, maintenance process of the situation, such as automotive products in the warranty period, due to product quality problems each time the repair time (including waiting for the repair of spare parts time) more than 5 days, we will provide consumers with a replacement car or to give a reasonable means of transportation compensation.

During the warranty period, the user of a vehicle with a quality problem has the right to file a claim with the Audi dealer.
