Clean workshop-The completion acceptance of clean workshop is carried out after the single machine commissioning of each division and the system has passed the self-inspection without production load. The content of completion acceptance is the verification of single-machine debugging and non-production load system debugging of each division, the detection and debugging of performance parameters of clean room (area), the visual quality verification of each division, and the functional detection and debugging as required.
(1) When the dust-free workshop is completed and accepted, the completion acceptance data shall be carefully checked, generally including the following documents and records:
1 Record of blue prints.the design, notice of design change and as-built drawings;
2. Factory certificates and on-site inspection reports of main equipment, materials and instruments of each division project;
3. Installation and inspection records of stand-alone equipment and systems of each branch project;
4. Records of single-machine commissioning of each division;
5. No-load commissioning and debugging records of projects and systems of each division;
6 all kinds of pipeline test and inspection records;
7. Inspection and commissioning records of safety facilities of each branch project;
8 each division subdivisional work quality acceptance record.
(2) The main test contents of the dust-free workshop completion acceptance are as follows:
1 airflow visual inspection;
2 wind speed and air volume test;
3. Leakage detection of air filter;
4. Air tightness test of clean room (area);
5 static pressure difference test between rooms;
6 air cleanliness grade;
7 self-purification time;
8 temperature and relative humidity;
9 illuminance value;
10 noise level;
1 1 Other testing items required by the owner.
(3) After the dust-free workshop is completed and accepted, functional acceptance shall be conducted as required. The functional acceptance shall be carried out in a "static" state, and the main test contents are as follows:
1 detect the air cleanliness level;
2 If the production process requires it, microbial inspection, chemical contamination inspection or cleanliness inspection of special surfaces should also be carried out;
3. Stability test of temperature and relative humidity in clean room (area);
4. Detecting the self-cleaning time;
5. Test the air tightness of the clean room (area);
6. Measure the illumination;
7. Measure the noise level;
8 when necessary, confirm and record the air flow form and air exchange times;
9. Other testing items that need to be carried out.
(4) After the use acceptance of the dust-free workshop, the use acceptance report shall be prepared, with the main contents as follows:
1 Description of the opening state of various facilities (including production process equipment) in the clean workshop;
2. Description of the personnel and their activities in the clean room (area) to be tested;
3. Sub-item test records and analysis opinions (including the position and coordinates of test points, etc. );
4. Effective calibration certificate of test instrument;
5. Relevant conclusions shall be issued after acceptance.
