Description of digital protection range
Without protection, there is no special protection for people or things outside.
1 Prevent the invasion of solid foreign matter with a diameter greater than 50mm, prevent the human body (such as palm) from accidentally contacting the internal parts of electrical appliances, and prevent the invasion of foreign matter with a larger size (with a diameter greater than 50mm).
2 Prevent the invasion of solid foreign bodies with a diameter greater than 12mm, prevent people's fingers from touching internal parts of electrical appliances, and prevent the invasion of medium-sized foreign bodies with a diameter greater than12.5mm..
3 Prevent the invasion of solid foreign bodies with a diameter greater than 2.5mm, and prevent tools, wires and similar small foreign bodies with a diameter or thickness greater than 2.5mm from invading and contacting the internal parts of electrical appliances.
4. Prevent the invasion of solid foreign bodies with a diameter greater than 1.0mm, and prevent tools, wires and similar small foreign bodies with a diameter or thickness greater than 1.0mm from invading and contacting the internal parts of electrical appliances.
5 completely prevent foreign bodies and dust from invading. Although it can't completely prevent dust from invading, the amount of dust will not affect the normal work of electrical appliances.
6 prevent foreign bodies and dust completely prevent foreign bodies and dust from invading.
Edit Table 2 of this paragraph (IP waterproof grade):
Protection level indicated by the second characteristic number (number)
Description of digital protection range
No protection, no special protection for water or moisture.
1 Prevent water droplets from intruding into vertically falling water droplets (such as condensed water) without damaging electrical appliances.
When the electric appliance is tilted to 15 degrees, it can still prevent water droplets from invading. When the electrical appliance is tilted from vertical to 15 degrees, water droplets will not damage the electrical appliance.
3. Prevent the sprayed water from invading the rainproof or the water sprayed in the direction with an included angle less than 60 degrees from the vertical from invading the electrical appliance and causing damage.
4 prevent splashing water from invading, and prevent splashing water from all directions from invading electrical appliances and causing damage.
5 to prevent the injected water from invading, and to prevent the water from flying from all directions and spraying from the nozzle from invading the electrical appliance, causing damage.
6. Preventing big waves from invading the electrical appliances installed on the deck can prevent the damage caused by big waves.
7 prevent water from invading when soaking. If the electric appliance is soaked in water for a certain time or the water pressure is lower than a certain standard, it can be guaranteed not to be damaged by soaking.
In order to prevent the invasion of water when sinking, the electrical appliance sinks infinitely under the specified water pressure, which can ensure that it will not be damaged by flooding.

IP (International Protection) protection level and waterproof test are based on the following standards:
1) International protection and waterproof test standard drafted by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission): IEC standard IEC 529-598.
2) National standard GB 700–86
3)GB 4208 and so on.
IP protection level laboratory: At present, the laboratories that can carry out IP level test mainly include environmental reliability and electromagnetic compatibility test center, aerospace environmental reliability test center, Suzhou Electric Appliance Research Institute, and National Electrical Appliance Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
Definition of IEC IP protection level
IP stands for entrance protection. IEC IP protection level is very important for the safety protection of electrical equipment. IP and other protection grade systems provide a method to classify products according to the dustproof, waterproof and collision-proof degree of electrical equipment and packaging. This system has been recognized by most European countries. It was drafted by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and published IP code 529 (BS EN 60529: 1992).
The protection level is mainly represented by IP followed by two numbers, and the numbers are used to clarify the protection level.
The first number indicates the dust-proof range of the equipment, or the degree to which people are protected from harm in a sealed environment. I stands for the level of preventing solid foreign objects from entering, with the highest level of 6;
The second number indicates how waterproof the equipment is. P stands for waterproof grade, with a maximum of 8.
Such as motor protection grade IP65, protection grade IP55 and so on.

1 Protect solid foreign body detectors with a diameter of 50mm and above. The diameter of the sphere is 50mm, and it cannot completely enter 1 water drop, so as to protect the water drop falling vertically from harm.
2 Solid foreign body detectors with a diameter of 12.5mm and above shall be protected, and the sphere with a diameter of 12.5mm shall not completely enter the cabinet 2. When the cabinet 2 is tilted 15 degrees, the vertically falling water drops should not cause damage when the cabinet 2 is tilted to any side 15 degrees.
3. Protect the solid foreign body detector with a diameter of 2.5mm or more. The sphere is 2.5mm in diameter and should not completely enter. 3. Protect the spilled water from both sides of the vertical line at an angle of 60 degrees, which should not cause damage.
4. Protect the solid foreign body detector with a diameter of 1.0mm and above, and the diameter of the sphere is 1.0mm, so it should not completely enter. 4 protect the water spray, and the water spray aimed at the cabinet from all directions should not cause damage.
5. Protective dust can not completely prevent dust from entering, but the amount of dust entering will not cause damage to the equipment. 5. Protective water spraying aimed at the cabinet from all directions should not cause damage.
6. Under the low pressure of 20 mbar, dust should not enter the closed cabinet. 6. Protect the strong water flow aimed at the cabinet from all directions, so as not to cause damage.
Note: The diameter of the detector should not pass through the hole 7 of the cabinet to prevent short-time immersion. When the cabinet is immersed in water for a short time under standard pressure, there should be no water that will cause damage.
8 Long-term immersion protection can be immersed in water under certain conditions and should not be damaged.
Know the waterproof grade of JIS(IPX) electronic products.
0 is not protected.
1 anti-dripping I-type water droplets have no harmful effects when falling vertically.
Water drops falling within the range of 15 "between the anti-drip type II and the vertical direction have no harmful effects.
Rain-proof type has no harmful effect within the vertical range of 60 degrees.
Splash-proof type is harmless to water splashing in any direction.
The blowout prevention type is directly affected by water spraying in any direction, and there is no harmful effect.
Waterproof type will not enter the interior if it is directly sprayed by water in any direction.
7 Anti-immersion type will not enter the interior even if it is immersed in water under specified conditions.
The underwater model can still be used after being soaked in water with a certain pressure for a long time.
Moisture-proof type can still be used when the relative humidity is greater than 90%.
The international industry standard waterproof registered IP is close to the Japanese industry standard JIS waterproof grade, which is divided into 0-8 9 grades, and the IP grade also stipulates dustproof. IPxx dustproof and waterproof grade
Dust-proof grade (indicated by the first X)

5. Prevent the accumulation of harmful dust.
6. Completely prevent dust from entering.
Waterproof rating (indicated by the second X)
0: Unprotected
1: Dropping water into the shell has no effect.
2. When the shell is tilted to 15 degrees, the water drops have no influence on the shell.
Water or rain from 3:60 degrees to the shell has no effect.

5: Rinse with water without any harm.
6: Can be used in the cabin environment.
7: Can withstand short-time immersion (1m).
