What is employee satisfaction?

Employee satisfaction: refers to the degree to which employees accept the actual feeling of the enterprise compared with its expectations. That is, employee satisfaction = actual feelings / expectations. Factors affecting employee satisfaction

The following is mainly from five aspects of the analysis:

1, the work environment.
