Radiation standards

Legal analysis: primary standards (safety standards, no effect on the human body): high-frequency radiation less than 10 μW/cm2 frequency radiation less than 10 V/m; secondary standards (intermediate zone, the human body can bring harmful effects): high-frequency radiation less than 40 μW/cm2 low-frequency radiation less than 25 V/m.

Legal basis: "Measures for the Environmental Protection Management of Electromagnetic Radiation Article 15 According to the provisions of the environmental impact report (table) must be prepared, units or individuals engaged in electromagnetic radiation activities, electromagnetic radiation activities must be evaluated on the environmental impact that may be caused by the preparation of environmental impact report (table), and in accordance with the prescribed procedures for approval by the appropriate administrative department of environmental protection.

Environmental impact report on electromagnetic radiation is prepared in two stages. The first stage of preparation of the "feasibility stage environmental impact report", must be completed before the construction project. The second stage of preparation of the "actual operation stage environmental impact report", must be completed before the completion and acceptance of environmental protection facilities.

Electromagnetic radiation equipment in industrial, scientific and medical applications must be completed before the use of the environmental impact report form.
