Three, the installation process

1. pipe prefabrication

1? Use of pipes, valves, fittings, etc. should be consistent with the design requirements and specifications. 3? Beveling

Beveling is carried out by beveling machine, hand-held sander, etc., pipe wall thickness ≤ 3mm open "I"-shaped bevel (no bevel), pipe wall thickness greater than 3 ~ 12mm open one-sided 60 ° ~ 70 ° "V"-shaped bevel, blunt edge thickness of 1 ° ~ 1 ° "V"-shaped bevel. 2. Pipe welding

1? Welding method

⑷? Welding

3) layered welding should be cleaned up the bottom layer, the temperature of the weldment down to below 60 ℃ before the next layer of welding.

4) The weld cover should not be too wide, each side of the pressure over the bevel 1 ~ 2mm is appropriate, after welding in the natural environment for cooling or water cooling.

5? Weld cleaning

The weld should be cleaned up in time after welding cooling, and the weld and adjacent areas should be pickled and passivated.

6? Weld inspection

Weld inspection to take X-ray ray inspection, inspection standards should be in line with the design requirements or according to the pipeline level (class), unqualified welds must be returned to repair, return to repair in accordance with the provisions of the specification.

(7)? Stainless steel pipe welding should be carried out in the ambient temperature -5 ℃ or more, when the ambient temperature of -5 ℃ welding, in the spot welding before the start of preheating, the preheating temperature is not lower than the hand temperature (about 50 ℃), wind, rain (snow) days to have preventive measures.

3. Pipe lifting

1? Pipeline lifting before the main notes

2) shall not be directly tied with steel wire rope (with nylon rope), to avoid scratches on the surface of the tube, shall not be mixed with the carbon steel pipe lifting, placed in the pipe rack should be stable, according to the design requirements of the pad separation.

4. Pipe connection

1? Pipe connection, shall not use strong counterparts, heating pipe or multi-layer gaskets and other methods to eliminate the interface end face of the gap, deviation, misalignment or different centers and other defects.

(2)? Connected pipe should be straight (should check the straightness of the group pair, allowable deviation of 1mm/m, but the maximum allowable deviation of the full length should not exceed 10mm), elevation, coordinates, slope, slope direction should be in accordance with the design requirements. Its elevation, slope, slope direction can be used under the support metal plate or hanger lifting rod to adjust.

3? Pipe welding

5. Valve installation

1? Installation of valves should be checked before the valve material, specifications, type and pressure level is consistent with the design requirements, and should be qualified for strength and tightness test.

6. Piping system test, blowing wash

1? Piping system test and blowing should be connected to the system, but should be depending on the pipeline arrangement can also be divided into sections. Test, blowing before the system should be isolated or blind plugging equipment to prevent debris from entering the equipment.

(2)? All other pipelines use air test and air blowing.

⑷? Hydraulic test is 1.5 times the working pressure, pneumatic test is 1.1 times the working pressure, air blowing should have enough flow, the flow rate is not less than 20m/s.

(5)? After the test blowing qualified, the pipeline water medium drain, the system will be isolated from the equipment to restore the original state, join the original number of blind withdrawn, record the test, blowing records, and hand over to the archives.

Four, quality standards

1. Basic items

1? Slope is generally 0.03, but shall not be less than 0.02.

2. Allowable deviation items

1? Allowable deviation of coordinates and elevation shall not be more than 15mm.

2. The permissible deviation of verticality of riser shall not be more than 2mm per meter and 15mm for the whole length.

3. Points for quality checking

1)? Whether the finish of the polished pipe meets the design requirements.

(2)? Whether the slope direction and slope and tightness of the airflow transportation pipeline meet the design requirements.

(3)? Weld test results (X-ray inspection report).

(4)? Piping system strength, tightness test and blowing results (check the test, blowing records).

(5)? Weld pickling, passivation is qualified, the bracket (pipe bracket) and the pipeline between the pad spacing is correct.

V. Finished product protection

(1)? Stainless steel pipe installation shall not foot climbing, not to mention the loan of scaffolding and hanging lifting appliances.

(2)? To prevent the parking of carbon steel objects on the stainless steel piping in neighboring operations.

(3)? After the installation of small-diameter threaded connection valves and meters and other valuable objects, can be disassembled and saved to prevent damage or loss.

(4)? Pipeline installation through the building (structure), the need to demolish walls and holes, to contact the civil construction unit in advance to avoid affecting the strength of the structure, after installation, according to the original recovery.

(5)? When the pipeline needs to be modified, remove the protective shell of the insulation layer, it should be protected and restored to its original state after the pipeline is repaired.

Six, precautions

(1)? Stainless steel pipe prefabrication, shall not be carried out on the carbon steel platform, shall not use the carbon steel hand hammer knocking grouping.

(2)? Lifting shall not use wire rope to directly tie the pipe and other stainless steel objects.

(3)? Stainless steel pipe installation shall not be in direct contact with the carbon steel pipe frame (support, support, hanger), should be padded according to the design requirements of the spacer.

(4)? Test water, its water chloride ion content shall not be greater than 50PPm.

(5)? Pipeline connection pair must not be strong, especially when connected with the rotating equipment, must not produce over-specification of stress on the equipment.

(6)? When the pipeline construction is interrupted, the open mouth should be sealed to avoid debris entering the pipe.

Pipe blowing and cleaning

General provisions

1.1 ? Pipeline in the pressure test after passing, the construction unit shall be responsible for the organization of blowing or cleaning (referred to as blowing) work, and should be prepared before blowing blowing program.

1.2 ? Blow washing method should be based on the use of pipeline requirements, the working medium and the degree of dirty pipeline internal surface to determine. Nominal diameter greater than or equal to 600mm of liquid or gas pipeline, it is appropriate to use manual cleaning, nominal diameter of less than 600mm of liquid pipeline is appropriate to use water flushing; nominal diameter of less than 600mm of gas pipeline is appropriate to use the air blowing; steam pipeline should be steam blowing; non-thermal pipeline shall not be used for steam blowing.

The pipeline with special requirements, the corresponding blowing method should be used according to the design documents.

1.3 ? Equipment and piping that are not allowed to be blown should be isolated from the blowing system.

1.4 ? Pipeline blowing before washing, should not be installed orifice plate, flange connection regulating valves, important valves, throttling valves, safety valves, meters, etc., for the welding of the above valves and meters, should be taken to flow through the bypass or unloading the valve head and valve seat plus protective sleeve and other protective measures.

1.5 ? The order of blowing should be in accordance with the main pipe, branch pipe, evacuation pipe in turn, blowing out of the dirt, shall not enter the pipeline has been qualified.

1.6 ? Before blowing should be tested pipe support, the firmness of the hanger, if necessary, should be reinforced.

1.7 ? Cleaning emissions of dirty liquid shall not pollute the environment, is strictly prohibited anywhere.

1.8 ? Blowing should be set up when the exclusion zone.

1.9 ? When steam blowing, no flammable materials shall be placed on and near the pipeline.

1.10 ? After the pipeline is blown and reset, no other operations affecting the cleanliness of the pipe shall be carried out.

1.11 ? Pipeline reset, should be constructed by the construction unit together with the construction unit *** with the inspection, and should be in accordance with Appendix A, Article A.0.9 and Article A.0.4 of the specification format to fill out the "pipeline system blowing and cleaning records" and "hidden works (closed) record". 2.3 ? Discharge water should be introduced into a reliable drainage well or ditch, the cross-sectional area of the discharge pipe shall not be less than 60% of the cross-sectional area of the pipe being flushed. When draining, no negative pressure shall be formed.

2.4 ? The drainage branch of the pipe should be flushed in its entirety.

2.5 ? Water flushing should be carried out continuously to discharge the outlet water color and clarity and inlet water visually consistent as qualified.

2.6 ? When the pipeline is qualified by water flushing and not running for a while, the water should be drained and should be blown dry in time.

3 ? Air blowing

3.1 ?Air blowing should utilize the large compressor of the production unit, but also can use the large container in the unit to store air for intermittent blowing. The blowing pressure shall not exceed the design pressure of the vessel and pipeline, and the flow rate should not be less than 20m/S.

3.2 ? Blowing oil pipeline, the gas shall not contain oil.

3.3 ? Air blowing process, when the visual inspection of the exhaust without soot, should be set up in the exhaust port of the white cloth or white painted wooden target plate test, 5min target plate without rust, dust, moisture and other debris, should be qualified.

5 ? Chemical cleaning

5.1 ? Need chemical cleaning of the pipeline, the scope and quality requirements should be in line with the provisions of the design documents.

5.2 ? When the pipeline is chemically cleaned, it must be isolated from unrelated equipment.

5.3 ? The formula of the chemical cleaning fluid must be identified, and has been used in the production unit, proven to be effective and reliable.

5.4 ? Chemical cleaning, the operator should wear special protective clothing. And should be based on the hazards of different cleaning fluids on the human body wear goggles, gas masks and other protective gear.

5.5 ? Chemical cleaning of qualified pipeline, when it can not be put into operation in a timely manner, should be closed or nitrogen protection.
