Online trademark transfer process: the application for trademark transfer must use the unified format formulated and published by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The application can be collected in the registration hall of the Trademark Office. You can also download it online. Where a trademark agency is entrusted to act as an agent, it shall be provided by the agency. To apply for trademark transfer, the following documents must be submitted to the Trademark Office: 1. Power of attorney for trademark transfer sealed by the transferee; 2. The application for trademark transfer shall be sealed by the applicant and the assignee; 3. If applying for transfer, relevant documents shall also be submitted; 4. A copy of the business license of the transferee; 5. If the application documents are in a foreign language, a Chinese translation signed and confirmed by the applicant or agency shall also be provided; 6. Pay the trademark transfer application and other fees as required.

Legal objectivity:

Article 31 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), where a registered trademark is transferred, the transferor and transferee shall submit an Application for Transfer of a Registered Trademark to the Trademark Office. The application procedures for the assignment of a registered trademark shall be handled by both the assignor and the assignee. Where the Trademark Office approves an application for the transfer of a registered trademark, it shall issue a corresponding certificate to the transferee and make an announcement. Where a registered trademark is transferred, if the trademark registrant fails to transfer the same or similar trademarks registered on the same or similar goods together, the Trademark Office shall notify him to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up the application for transferring the registered trademark, and the Trademark Office shall notify the applicant in writing.
