Encourage and support citizens, legal persons and other organizations to donate funds and equipment to provide services for on-site ambulance. Support all levels and types of medical and health institutions, medical education institutions, medical research institutions and emergency rescue organizations to provide professional services for on-site ambulance. Encourage conditional medical and health institutions and other units to establish first-aid huts to provide training, first aid and other services for on-site ambulance.
People's governments at or above the county level health administrative departments, the Red Cross shall regularly organize and carry out on-site rescue basic knowledge and skills teacher training.
All levels and types of medical and health institutions, medical education institutions, medical research institutions, emergency rescue organizations should be in accordance with the requirements of the annual training plan for on-site rescue.
