Article 4 The postal administration shall supervise and guide the provision of postal services to enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the postal enterprises) to implement the receipt and inspection system, and urge enterprises to strengthen the safety management of postal delivery; supervise and guide the postal enterprises to strengthen the safety of employees' education and training; according to law on the implementation of the postal enterprises to carry out safety supervision and inspection, investigate and deal with the illegal receipt of prohibited articles.
Article V. Article 6: The delivery enterprises shall publicize this regulation and the relevant guidance catalog in their business places and in other ways to the society.

Article IX of the mail delivery enterprises shall establish and improve the safety inspection system, equipped with national standards or industry standards of safety inspection equipment, arrangements for professional technology and skills of personnel on the mail, express security checks.
Article 10 of the mail delivery enterprises shall develop prohibited articles disposal plan, revised in a timely manner according to changes in circumstances, and to the postal administration for the record. The process of sending prohibited items found in accordance with the provisions of the plan shall be properly disposed of.
