Special operator's license needs to be reviewed should be within 60 days before the expiration of the period of time, by the applicant or the applicant's employing unit to the original assessment of the licensing authority or the practice of the local assessment of the licensing authority to make an application, and submit the following materials:
(a) community or county-level medical institutions issued by the health certificate;
(b) engaged in special operations;
(c) safety training and examination records.
Special operations license expiration of the need to extend the renewal of the license should be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph to apply for an extension of the review.
