Freeze drying is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation for drying, which is the process of freezing the substance to be dried quickly at low temperature, and then making the frozen water molecules sublimate directly into water vapor under appropriate vacuum environment. The product obtained by freeze-drying is called lyophilized material (lyophilizer), and the process is called lyophilization (lyophilization).
