How is an astronaut's life in space different from our usual?

Astronauts' life in space is certainly very different from our usual life, but today's technology has made it possible for astronauts to have a happy trip to the planet.

1. Freedom to sleep

In the past, astronauts could only sleep standing up in the sky, but this time they can "lie down". The separate sleeping area allows astronauts to relax and enjoy a relatively high-quality sleep.

The astronauts' bedtime is the same as on Earth. Except for some special tasks that have to be done at night, astronauts follow a normal routine most of the time, implementing a synchronized routine between heaven and earth.

2. Wraparound Shower

In terms of bathing, although astronauts can't enjoy the showers and baths on Earth, they do have a unique "wraparound shower". Inside the space station there is a nozzle device, spray water on the body with a towel to wipe. Astronauts can take the spray gun and wipe themselves off.

3, smart home life

With the help of new information technology, astronauts can enjoy "smart home" in the space station. During breaks, astronauts can also watch movies and chat via tablet PCs. The space station realizes "mobile WiFi" full coverage, and each astronaut has a handheld terminal.

The astronauts can adjust the lighting environment in the cabin through the app according to their personal needs, with different cabin lights for sleep mode, work mode, and exercise mode ...... , which can regulate the astronauts' emotions and avoid the discomfort of being in a monotonous environment for a long time.

4, space "gym"

In order to ensure that the astronauts' health, the space capsule also opened up a special exercise area, equipped with a space running platform, space bike. But unlike on Earth, astronauts running in space, need to tie a rubber band around the waist tethered to the running platform, not to float up, so that their strength to be trained. The space cycling program, on the other hand, achieves its workout effect by increasing the resistance of the wheels.

5. Private space

Each astronaut has a small lounge that can be used as their own private space. There are specially reserved private voice channels here. Astronauts can make phone calls at any time, call and talk to their families, and share their moods and feelings about living in space to relieve their homesickness after months of being away from home.

Because of the large space for activities in the capsule, astronauts can also carry their personal belongings to the sky. Astronaut Tang Hongbo revealed that he was going to bring a video of his son's life, which he had recorded during his life, to the spacecraft. Astronaut Liu Boming brought along family photos and "cow dolls" as well as a small bag of sleep aids, revealing that some of these items are in the core module, some are in the cargo module, and some went into space with the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft. While astronaut Nie Haisheng left the suspense, he said he would bring the items in space to show everyone.
