Great Wall Motor Co. Ltd. is the largest SUV and pickup truck manufacturer in China, and a large private automobile enterprise listed on the H-share market in Hong Kong and A-share market in China. It has 28 holding subsidiaries, 5 shareholding companies and more than 45,000 employees. Its products cover three categories: Haval SUV, Great Wall sedan and Fengjun pickup trucks, and it has the production capacity of 800,000 vehicles and parts in Baoding and Tianjin bases***, and has the ability to independently support the core parts such as engines and transmissions.
Early in 2009, the company determined the strategy of focusing on the three categories, the current Haval SUV series has been nine consecutive years to maintain the first national sales and export volume. Fengjun pickup trucks have maintained the first place in sales volume, export quantity and market retention in the country for 14 consecutive years.
