Institute, and the present company was established on the basis of the former Experimental General Factory in November, 2003 by the Zhejiang Mechanical and Electrical Design and Research Institute and Zhejiang Hangzhou Fork Construction Machinery Company Limited (Hangzhou Fork Group)*** together.
