Centrifugal oil filter work preparation

1 Centrifugal oil filter is installed in the workplace, and then the filter is connected to the power grid.

2 Check and make sure that the liquid to be purified and the liquid in the centrifuge (if filled) are the same. If they do not belong to the same class of liquid, the centrifuge should be emptied of liquid at this point and the sediment in the oil filter's dirt chamber should be removed.

To remove the sediment, remove the centrifuge's protective cover, place a catch pan under the dirt chamber cover, open the drain plug, and press the vent plug on the top of the centrifuge to drain the liquid from the centrifuge and the dirt chamber. After the liquid fills the catch pan, this liquid is poured into another storage tank where it can be purified again.

After the liquid is poured clean, remove the sealing cover of the nano-pollution chamber, remove the impurities in the nano-pollution chamber, and then install the sealing cover of the nano-pollution chamber again.

3 Pour out the water formed after deposition from the storage tank containing the purified liquid.

If the water formed after deposition is supplied to the input of the oil filter and enters the oil filter, this will cause the sliding bearings of the centrifuge to stagnate to the point of jamming.

If the concentration of mechanical impurities contained in the purified liquid exceeds 1g/L, it is recommended that the liquid be pre-purified by sediment clarification or by filtering through a strainer, which reduces the frequency of the oil filter stopping due to excessive sediment.

4 Check the reliability of the installation of the plugs, pipe plugs and pipe plugs on the tee fittings, the frame fittings and the hose connections on the connecting pipes.

5 Place the connecting tubes into the storage tank, or if it is not possible to place the connecting tubes due to the limitations of the tank's structure, remove the connecting tubes and place the ends of the hoses directly into the liquid or connect these hoses to the tank's output fittings in order to draw up and transport the purified liquid.

In order to keep the operation of the oil filter stable, it is recommended to ensure that the lower level of the purified liquid is not lower than the floor level. The technical characteristics such as the flow rate described in the manual are obtained in the case where the lower liquid level of the purified liquid is at least 200 mm above the upper face of the centrifuge. In addition to this, in the latter case the centrifuge can be connected directly to the storage tank without passing through a pump. For this purpose the drawing hose is removed from the pipe fitting of the frame, then the pipe plug on the tee pipe is tightened onto this pipe header and the hose is connected to the tee fitting.

6 If necessary, the length of the draw trunk and output trunk can be extended in order to connect the oil filter to the container. In this case, when extending the drawing trunk road, it should be ensured that the bottom of the pressure drop at the input of the centrifuge caused by the resistance of the flowing liquid should not exceed 0.015MPa, so as not to cause a break in the flow and unstable operation of the oil filter.

When the oil filter is not in working condition, the pressure of the liquid in the input trunk road should be no more than 0.05Mpa, and the pressure in the output trunk road should be no more than 0.2MPa.

7 Open the oil outlet valve, press the gear pump start button to fill the purified liquid into the hydraulic system of the oil filter (nano-dirt chamber, centrifuge, all the hoses and pipelines). During the filling process the bleeder valve of the plug at the top end of the centrifuge must be pressed periodically in order to discharge the gas therein.

When connecting the centrifuge directly to the storage tank, in order to fill it sufficiently, the valve of the centrifuge stopper can be pressed all the way until liquid appears under the valve.

8 When liquid appears under the bleeder valve of the plug and at the output end of the output hose, close the outlet valve, turn on the gear pump to build up a certain pressure in the hydraulic system of the oil filtering machine in the range of 0.1-0.2Mpa (using a manometer to detect it), and then discharge the gas in the centrifuge after repeatedly pressing the bleeder valve.

9 The oil filter power plug into the power grid, the power indicator light.

10 Note: The oil filter should be switched on for a short time to check the direction of rotation of the centrifuge rotor (when the oil filter is initially started in a certain working position, and just after repairs have been made to the grid or the electrical equipment of the oil filter). To do this, place the switch knob upwards in the on position, press the start button and release it immediately, while observing the direction of rotation of the rotor. The direction of rotation from above should be clockwise.

If the direction of rotation is opposite, the position of the two phase wires in the power supply must be exchanged with each other.

11 Press and keep the centrifuge start button in the depressed position, turn on the oil filter for 3-4 seconds until the pressure reaches 0.2MPa, then disconnect the oil filter and turn off the switch, and wait for the rotor to stop, and then use the gear pump to build up a pressure of 0.1-0.2Kg/cm2 in the hydraulic system, and re-discharge the gas in the centrifuge.

12 After exhausting the gas, energize the oil filter while observing the indicated value of the pressure gauge. If the maximum pressure of the liquid is less than 0.25MPa when the centrifuge is at full speed, then the oil filter should be powered off and re-fill the oil filter with liquid and exhaust the air. Restart the oil filter.

13 Energize the oil filter. When the maximum pressure of not less than 0.25Mpa after 5-10 seconds, and then gently open the oil valve, and set the liquid flow to ensure that the liquid required to purify the quality.

14 If the valve is opened, the pressure drops sharply, then the switch button should be pressed to immediately disconnect the oil filter. The reason for the sharp drop in pressure may be:

The air in the hydraulic system has not been sufficiently eliminated;

Drawing on the connecting pipe in the screen is blocked by the debris or sediment in the storage tank;

Due to the nut connection is slack, the pipe joint pipe plug sealing is not tight and so on so that the oil filter machine to inhale air.

After eliminating the faults found, re-expel air from the hydraulic system as described in clause 7.8 and then re-energize the oil filter according to clause 13.

15 When the oil filtering machine stops working and is energized to start working, or after filling its hydraulic system with fluid, there must be a period of time for cleaning the hydraulic lines, so that the oil filtering machine does not immediately achieve the required purification quality.

The cleaning time depends on the type of fluid, the characteristics of the contaminant impurities and the previous operation (e.g., the cleaning time after filling the hydraulic system is longer than the cleaning time after stopping the oil filter).

If there is no automatic detector connected to the outlet line for continuous testing of the cleanliness of the fluid at the output of the oil filter, then in order to ensure that the quality of the purification meets the high level of quality specified in NAS1638, it is recommended that the oil filter is energized, and then used for a minimum of 30 minutes to clean the hydraulic dry circuit throughout the entire operating cycle of the oil filter.

8. Operating Procedures Preparation Before Startup

1 Insert the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe into the mouth of the oil tank, and make sure that the inlet pipe reaches the lowest part of the purified liquid level (be careful not to let the inlet pipe mouth reach the impurity layer at the bottom of the oil tank).

2 The power supply of the tanker is connected to the three-phase power supply (must be connected to the zero line), close the protection switch, make sure that the tanker is energized (the power indicator light is on), tap the centrifuge start switch, make sure that the motor and centrifuge are rotating clockwise.

Power on

1 Open the oil tanker oil switch, start the gear pump, see the oil outlet out of oil and then close the oil switch (at this time to determine that the gear pump is working properly), observe the pressure gauge shows 0.2Mpa and then turn off the gear pump to start exhausting (the pressure in the process of exhausting can not be less than 0.1Mpa), until there are no air bubbles in the exhaust valve.

2 Pressure gauge shows that the pressure is 0, rotate the emergency stop switch, press the centrifuge start switch (at this time the oil switch must be closed), observe the pressure gauge shows that 0.1Mpa when you can let go, observe the pressure gauge shows that 0.35Mpa when you turn on the oil switch, observe the oil outlet oil, and at the same time, observe the pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure is between 0.2Mpa-0.35Mpa.

3 If you find that the pressure is not enough or the oil temperature rises should be turned off the oil switch, emergency stop switch, from the new exhaust, boot.

4 If purification work process found in the oil car abnormal vibration or abnormal sound directly press the emergency stop switch.

Shutdown

1 At the end of purification, turn off the oil discharge switch first, then press the emergency stop switch.

2 Draw out the oil inlet pipe and start the gear pump to pump out the remaining oil in the pipe.

3 Disconnect the protection switch and cut off the power supply.

4 Coil the oil pipe, wipe off the dirty oil on the ground and the surface of the tanker.

Equipment Cleaning and MaintenanceRemoval of deposits in the natatorium

1 When the amount of impurities deposited in the natatorium reaches half of the indicator, the deposits in the natatorium should be removed.

2 Before removing the deposits, close the valve and disconnect the oil filter from the grid.

3 As shown in clause 7.2, pour out the fluid from the hydraulic press of the oil filtering machine, and then remove the deposits from the dirt chamber. The sediment removed from the oil filtering machine can be reused according to a specific exothermic procedure.

Centrifugal Oil Filter Cleaning Procedure

1 Turn off the oil filter and disconnect the power supply.

2 Remove the oil drain plug from the dirt chamber, and use the oil catching disk to catch the oil until the oil flows out (you can press the air release plug to speed up the flow of oil when draining the oil), and then re-screw the input port connector plug cover.

3 Unscrew the centrifuge input port connector, centrifuge output port connector, remove the centrifuge shield, remove the belt, and at the same time, use the 16 wrench to unscrew the four fixing screws on the centrifuge base, and then remove the centrifuge from the body of the vehicle, and put it into the oil catching tray.

4 Unscrew the bleeder plug on the centrifuge, and then install the special disassembly tool in that position, pipe fitting screwed to the outer cover, screw 3 to 4 turns, screw the nut on the bolt to the root, and at the same time screw the bolt to the pressurized disk, screw to the bottom.

5 Turn the nut to sink the outer cover of the centrifuge to the bottom.

6 Press down on the tab of the circlip through the small groove on the lower face of the outer cover, and then remove the circlip from the groove of the outer cover.

Loosen the nut and unscrew the bolt, then screw the pipe fitting onto the pressurized disk to the bottom to separate the outer cover from the position it is touching. Then manually remove the outer cover manually.

7 Remove the deposits from the inner surface of the outer cover with a brush, and then wipe the outer cover clean with a rag.

8 Unscrew the pressurized disk, remove the titanium core combination, put it into the oil catching disk, soak it in gasoline or kerosene for 20 minutes and then clean it and blow it out with an air gun.

9 Use the pressurized disk, the titanium core combination of soaking time to remove the front plate of the natatorium, wipe the natatorium with a rag, and then re-installed (seals should be installed to prevent sealing is not tight).

10 Use gasoline or kerosene to rinse out the dirt inside the impeller and blow it clean with an air gun.

11 Assemble the centrifuge in the reverse order. When installing the snap ring, screw the pipe fitting into the position of the plug hole and rotate it for 3 to 4 turns, then screw the bolts onto the pressurized disk and tighten the nut until the outer cover is pressed to the bottom, and finally install the snap ring.

12 Loosen the nut and unscrew the bolt and pipe fitting, screw on the plug.

13 Reposition the centrifuge on the car body, tighten the nuts and then tighten the input port fitting and the output port fitting to the fittings on the centrifuge base.

14 Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, start the gear pump, fill the system with oil and rotate the shut-off valve, adjust the pressure to 0.1~0.2MPa, and check the pipeline and all the sealed places for oil leakage (if there is any oil leakage, reinstall it).

Shut down the gear pump, disconnect the power supply and pull out the power plug.

15 Open the belt mounting window, install the belt, and then re-install the belt mounting window cover.

Finally, put the centrifuge hood on and the centrifuge hood nylon cover on.

16 For the next startup, follow the operating instructions.

17 Clean every 10 hours of operation.

17 Clean the centrifuge every 10 hours of operation.
