trait
Ball screw drive: it has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, low friction, high rigidity and strong bearing capacity. However, the screw drive also has some shortcomings, that is, there is a length limit and it cannot be too long. When the ratio of the length to the diameter of the screw exceeds a certain value, the screw will be deflected by gravity. With the increase of deflection, it is easy to produce * * * vibration when rotating, which leads to the fracture of the screw. At present, this problem has not been completely solved, so screw transmission still has limitations. Synchronous belt drive: Synchronous belt drive has the characteristics of low noise, high speed and low cost. Synchronous belt has more price advantage in long-distance transmission. However, compared with spiral drive, the precision of synchronous belt is not as high as that of spiral drive.
Different transmission modes: Single-axis robots are generally divided into two transmission modes: one is ball screw transmission and the other is synchronous belt (synchronous toothed belt) transmission. Both of them are guided by linear guide rails, and positioning, loading and handling in different application fields can be realized by servo motors or stepping motors.
Application field: The application field covers all automation application fields, such as LCD panels, semiconductors, household appliances, automobiles, packaging, dispensing machines, welding, cutting, etc. There are a wide range of use cases in loading, handling, dispensing, welding, cutting, testing and other applications.
