Excel rapid batch insertion

Excel quickly inserts pictures in batches.

Usage scenario (Figure 2)

At work, we often encounter the need to insert photos in the information table, such as:

Insert photos into the employee information table

Insert photos of product details.

Gift list insert photo

And other circumstances.

For example, this employee information form needs to insert the corresponding employee photos.

Step 1: Order the names.

Select the header row, and then select [Filter].

Click the filter button in the [Name] cell, and then press the name.

Step 2: Sort the photo names.

Select a folder to store employee photos.

The names of employees are also arranged in ascending order: Steps 1 and 2 are to insert names and photos when inserting pictures.

Keep the name unchanged.

Step 3: Insert employee photos.

Select the photo cell of Aju, and select [Insert]-[This Device] to open the employee photo folder.

Insert all employee photos

Adjust the height and width of image size to "2" cm.

Note: Because the photo just inserted may be too large, adjust the height and width temporarily first, and then adjust it according to actual needs later.

Step 4: Adjust the photo position.

Drag the photo of Wang Yuyan to the appropriate position, and then press.

[Ctrl+A], select all photos (left) in [Picture Format]-[Arrangement], and then select "Left Alignment" and "Vertical Distribution" (right) in [Alignment] format.

Final effect

Jobs are sorted in ascending order.

Cancel the filtering and restore the table to the default arrangement.
