Hello, female infertility is mainly due to reproductive tract deformities, inflammation, tumors, endometriosis and ovulation disorders. If the male semen test comes down with everything normal, the female should do the following tests:
Ovulation test: Follicular development can be monitored under ultrasound to see if ovulation is normal.
Conventional gynecological examination: for example, a leukorrhea test to rule out vaginal abnormalities, vaginal inflammation and cervical lesions.
Antibody or chromosome examination: to check for chromosomal abnormalities, anti-endometrial antibodies, anti-sperm antibodies, and anti-hyaline band antibodies.
Tubal Patency Test: detects whether the fallopian tubes are patent, clarifies the location of tubal obstruction, the presence of uterine anomalies, submucosal leiomyoma, and tubal tuberculosis.
Ultrasound: It can generally check whether there are lesions in the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes, and exclude uterine fibroids, uterine malformations, ovarian cysts or tumors, polycystic ovaries, or tubal hydrosalpinx.
Endocrine examination: including a variety of hormone tests, to understand the ovarian reserve capacity (how the function of normal ovulation), to rule out hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, thyroid function abnormalities.
