Three, the establishment of medical institutions, what is the basic standards

Conditions

Based on the provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions", there are six conditions for applying for registration of a medical institution and obtaining a "license to practice in a medical institution":

(1) having an approval letter for setting up a medical institution;

(2) conforming to the basic standards of a medical institution;

(3) having a suitable name, organizational structure and premises;

(4) has funds, facilities, equipment and professional health technicians appropriate to the business it carries out;

(5) has appropriate rules and regulations;

(6) is able to independently assume civil liability.

According to the "physicians, Chinese medicine practitioners, individual practice of the Interim Management Measures," the provisions of the individual practitioners, Chinese medicine practitioners by the county (urban area) health administrative department issued licenses, supervision and management, and collect management fees. (2) In accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health on the system of title evaluation and job appointment of health technicians, after obtaining the qualification of physician, continuously engaged in the specialty for more than three years in the state and collective medical institutions (dentistry, acupuncture, massage for more than two years), by the local and municipal health administrative departments to review and qualify.

Anyone who falls under one of the following circumstances shall not apply to practice:

(1) mentally ill patients;

(2) those who have committed serious faults in their practice and have been disqualified from practicing as physicians and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners;

(3) those who are working in the nationally-owned and collectively-owned health institutions;

(4) those who are unfit for practicing medicine in any other way.

According to the Supplementary Provisions on the Administration of Individual Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, any person who has one of the following qualifications and is not currently working in a national or collective health institution may apply to engage in individual practice of traditional Chinese medicine:

(1) a person who has obtained the certificate of qualification of Chinese medicine doctor;

(2) a person who has obtained the certificate of qualification of medicine doctor of any of the ethnic groups such as Tibetans, Mongolians, Vikings and Dai;

() a person who has obtained the certificate of qualification of Chinese medicine doctor of any of the ethnic groups such as Tibetan, Mongolian, Vikings and Dai;
