How to operate AC spot welding machine specification

AC spot welding machine and AC spot welding machine safety operation AC spot welding machine and its safe operation--Shenzhen Juntengfa Automatic Welding Equipment Co. With the progress of society, the requirements for welding are getting higher and higher. AC spot welder is composed of step-down transformer, current regulator and heat dissipation system as well as welding wire, handle and other accessories. There is no need to use electrodes when welding, just use the two workpieces to be welded as the two electrodes of the circuit, and utilize the high temperature generated at the contact resistance to melt the metal instantly, so as to weld the workpieces firmly together. AC spot welder safety regulations (1) Welding operation and cooperation personnel must wear labor protective equipment in accordance with the regulations. Safety measures must be taken to prevent electric shock, fall from height, gas poisoning and fire. (2) The welding machine used at the site should be equipped with a machine shed against rain, moisture and sunshine, and should be equipped with appropriate fire fighting equipment. (3) Within 10 meters of the welding site, flammable and explosive items such as oil, wood, oxygen cylinders and acetylene generators shall not be piled up. (4) Before use, check and confirm that the primary and secondary wiring is correct, and the input voltage is in accordance with the nameplate of the welding machine. After connecting the power supply, it is forbidden to touch the electrified part of the primary line. The primary and secondary wiring must be equipped with protective cover. (5) The secondary tap connection copper plate should be pressed tightly, the terminal should have a washer. Before closing the gate, the wiring nuts, bolts and other parts should be inspected in detail and confirmed to be intact and complete, without loosening or damage. There are protective covers at the terminals. (6) When multiple welding machines are used centrally, they should be connected to the three-phase power supply network so that the three-phase load is balanced. The grounding device of multiple welding machines should be separately led by the grounding pole, and should not be connected in series. (7) When moving the welding machine, the power supply should be cut off, and the welding machine should not be moved by dragging the cable. When there is a sudden power failure during welding, the power supply should be cut off immediately. (8) Strictly prohibited in the operation of the pressure pipeline, containers containing flammable and explosive substances and welding on the stressed components. (9) Welding of copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead and other non-ferrous metals must be carried out in a well-ventilated place, and the welders should wear gas masks or breathing filters. (10) When welding inside a container, the following measures must be taken: there must be air inlet and outlet on the container and ventilation equipment; the lighting voltage inside the container must not exceed 12V, and someone must be present to supervise the welding. It is strictly prohibited to weld in containers that have been sprayed with paint or adhesive. (11) When welding preheated parts, baffles shall be provided to isolate the radiant heat emitted from the preheated weldments. (12) When welding at high altitude, safety belts must be hung up, and fire prevention measures should be taken around and under the weldments and supervised by a person. (13) When the welding wire passes through the road, it must be elevated or penetrated into the protective pipe and buried in the ground, and if it passes through the rail, it must pass under the rail. (14) The grounding wire and the handle wire shall not be hitched on the flammable, explosive and heat source items, the grounding wire shall not be connected to the pipeline, the machine tool equipment and the metal frame of the building or the railroad track, the insulation shall be good, and the grounding resistance of the casing shall not be more than 4 Ω. (15) The welding shall not be done in the open air during the rainy days. When working in the wet area, the operator should stand in the place with insulated items and wear insulated shoes. (16) Long-term power outages with the welding machine, when used, must be checked with a rocking meter insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5MΩ, wiring shall not have corrosion and moisture phenomenon. (17) Welding pliers should have good insulation and thermal insulation. Welding pliers grip must be well insulated, grip and wire connection should be secure, good contact, the connection should be wrapped in insulating cloth and shall not be exposed. The operator shall not use his arm to hold the welding pliers. (18) Remove weld slag, should wear protective eyewear, head should be avoided knocking slag spatter direction.
