How should the injection molding machine lubrication maintenance?

Purpose: to establish a standardized so that the equipment can maintain the best performance, condition and extend the service life, to ensure the normal operation of the production of maintenance standard procedures

Responsible person: workshop supervisor, energy and power supervisor, workshop preservation personnel, workshop shift supervisor, equipment operators.

Responsibility: regular inspection and maintenance, need for plastic machine repair and preservation personnel to carry out regular maintenance and inspection.

Periodic maintenance and maintenance of injection molding machines

Daily maintenance (operator)

Electrical and mechanical components and devices are checked for looseness.

The center of the nozzle is accurate, and there is no shaking when feeding.

Electrical box components and contact terminals are secure.

Whether the cooling water is smooth and sufficient

Keep clean the big column, curved hand, movable hinge arm and the chute underneath

Ensure that there is no dripping or leaking in the water and oil circuits of the whole machine.

Check the automatic lubrication system.

Fill in the records.

Weekly maintenance (preservationist)

Cleaning and organizing of each mechanical part, locking of loose screws and so on.

Cleaning and organizing of each hydraulic part, tightening of dripping and leaking places or replacement of seals.

Each electrical components of cleaning, organizing, damaged, abnormal sound should be replaced or repaired.

All the grease filling points are filled with grease (injection shift guide rod, plasticizing motor, mold adjustment gear (chain), etc.).

Clean the magnetic frame in the hopper.

Fill in the maintenance records as required.

Monthly maintenance (shift manager, conservator, operator)

Cleaning and organizing of the whole machine.

Remove residual oil from each lubricating part to keep the whole machine clean.

Balance the four golfer columns to avoid excessive wear on the mold clamping hinges.

Check the parts of the injection table to ensure the synchronization of the two injection cylinders.

Check whether the ground wire is safe and reliable.

Lock each mechanical structure nut one by one.

Make sure the automatic lubrication system reaches each designated lubrication point.

The oil level in the tank should be maintained at the standard on the oil level gauge.

Annual Maintenance (Shop Supervisor, Mechanic, Shift Supervisor, Preservationist, Operator)

Check the screw set for wear and damage, and take measures if there is any abnormality.

Check the mold clamping pin for wear, find out the cause and take measures.

Clean the oil tank screen and oil tank.

Lubrication system of the big check: there is no oil pipe off, there is no point of no oil.

The oil pipe, valve body, flange, joints, there is no running, leakage phenomenon, if there should be resolved in a timely manner.

Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical protection device is safe and reliable.

Machine system pressure, flow rate has no deviation, whether the electronic ruler control is accurate, whether the instrument has error.

Whether there is any deviation in the parallelism of the moving mold and the fixed mold.

5. Inspection of machine safety devices (operator)

Check whether the travel switches of the safety doors (front and back) are normal and effective every day.

Check the emergency stop switch (front and rear) every day to see if it is normal and effective.
