How to set up a call center

Building a call center is divided into two parts: building a call center system and building a customer service team.

There are three ways to build a call center system: leasing, self-building, and entrusting a third party to build a call center. Enterprises can rent call center seats according to business needs and pay the seat fees and communication charges. If the company has its own technical team, it can build its own call center system. If an enterprise lacks relevant technical talents but wants to have its own call center, it can find a technical service provider to help it build a call center and pay related software and hardware fees, service fees, communication fees, etc.

Regarding the second part: setting up a customer service team, companies can recruit customer service personnel themselves and gradually build their own teams, or they can obtain customer service personnel from intermediaries through talent outsourcing.
