Construction of Qitai Farm of the Sixth Agricultural Division

Qitai farm field department and the first and sixth sub-field departments are stationed. In the Qing Dynasty, it was called Shilipu, and in the fifteenth year of Guangxu (1889), Qitai County moved from Jingning City (now Qitai Town) to the ancient city (now Qitai Town), which was located between the two cities and forty miles backward, so it was called Shiliyao Station. In 2000, the township covered an area of 2.9 square kilometers, with 485/kloc-0 inhabitants and a building area of177,300 square meters, of which the living area was 12 160 square meters. The whole station supplies tap water, with a daily water supply of 2500 tons. 1962 starts power generation and lighting, and 1976+00 is connected with high-voltage electricity. 1986 uses a magnet switch. 1994 opened a program-controlled telephone in February, and the number of users exceeded 1000. Enterprises and institutions in the town: mechanical transportation industry and trade company, animal husbandry industry and commerce company, electric power company, construction company, mineral development company, improved seed breeding station, first branch company, sixth branch company, middle school, vocational middle school, primary school, kindergarten, hospital, team (102 households, 3 15 people, 58.2 hectares of cultivated land), and sixth branch company. Units in town: post and telecommunications sub-offices, industrial and commercial offices, state taxation offices, local taxation offices, the fourth warehouse, agricultural bank business offices, grain depots, insurance sub-bureaus, land management sub-bureaus and courts.
