4. When the temperature rises to 101 ℃, the solenoid valve closes, continue to warm up, reach the set temperature, enter the constant temperature cooking time, cooking end, automatic alarm .

5. At this time, open the pressure knob, keep the pressure, and at the same time start the cooling operation, when the temperature drops to 40 ℃, stop the pressure.
