Article 15 Nursery Schools and Kindergartens shall carry out health care work in strict accordance with the standards for health care in Nursery Schools and Kindergartens.
The health care of kindergartens includes the following:
(1) Establishing a scientific and reasonable system of daily life according to the characteristics of children of different ages, and cultivating good hygienic habits in children
(2) Providing children with a reasonable nutritious diet, formulating diets scientifically, and ensuring a balanced diet.
(3) Formulate physical exercise programs suitable for children's physiological characteristics, carry out games and sports activities according to children's age, guarantee children's outdoor activities, and improve children's physical and mental health.
(4) Establishing a health examination system, conducting regular health examinations for children, and setting up health records. We insist on morning checkups and full-time health observation, do a good job of preventing common diseases, and find problems and deal with them in time.
(5) Strictly implement the sanitation and disinfection system, and do a good job of indoor and outdoor environmental hygiene and personal hygiene. Strengthen the management of dietary hygiene to ensure food safety.
(6) To assist in the implementation of the national immunization program, children's vaccination certificates should be checked when entering the child care center. Children who have not been vaccinated in accordance with the regulations should be informed of their guardians and urged to take their children to the local vaccination units specified for vaccination.
(7) Strengthening daily nursing care and implementing special management for frail children. Cooperating with maternal and child health care institutions to regularly carry out children's eye, ear and mouth health care, and children's mental health care.
(8) Establishing a health and safety management system, implementing all health and safety protection work, and preventing injury accidents.
(9) Developing health education programs and carrying out various forms of health education activities for children and their parents.
(10) Collect, summarize and report information on various health care work.
