The basic information that must be provided for inquiring about the promised delivery date is: the date of delivery, the postal code of the place of delivery, and the postal code of the addressee (except for Hong Kong).
2. In case of delayed delivery of mail, the sender should make a claim within 30 days from the delivery date of the mail, and Postal Express & Logistics will give a reply within 7 working days. If the sender fails to make the claim within the stipulated time, Postal Express & Logistics will no longer compensate according to the requirements related to the promised service.
If it is verified that the delay is caused by our company's responsibility, the sender will be reimbursed for the postage charged (excluding packaging fee, customs inspection fee and other fees).
