Information to be provided:
1. In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken two or more of the following four projects, with a single contract amount of more than 3 million yuan, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) Urban roads, bridges, tunnels and public squares;
(2) Urban water supply project, drainage project or sewage treatment project;
(3) urban gas engineering or thermal engineering;
(4) Urban solid waste treatment project.
2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years working experience in project management; The technical director has been engaged in construction technical management for more than 5 years, and has intermediate or above titles; The person in charge of finance has a junior or above accounting title.
There are not less than 50 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 30 engineers and technicians; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 8 people with intermediate or above titles.
The enterprise shall have at least 8 project managers with three or more qualifications.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 6 million yuan.
4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in recent three years 10 million yuan or more.
5. The enterprise has construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of contracted projects.
Scope of contracted works:
Grade III enterprise: it can undertake the construction of the following municipal public works with a single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise:
1, urban road engineering (excluding expressway); Bridge engineering with a single span less than 20 meters; * * * Plaza project;
2, 20 thousand tons/day and below water supply plant; 1 10,000 tons/day and below sewage treatment projects; Water supply and sewage pumping stations below 1 m3/s; 5 cubic meters/second and below rainwater pumping station; Water supply pipeline with diameter of 1 m; Sewage pipe with diameter of 1.5m;
3, the total storage capacity of 500 cubic meters and below the liquefied gas storage tank farm (station); Gas projects with a gas supply scale of 50,000 cubic meters/day; Medium and low pressure gas pipelines and pressure regulating stations of 2 kg/cm2 and below; Thermal engineering with a heating area of 500,000 square meters or less; Thermal pipeline with diameter less than 0.2m;
4. Domestic waste transfer station.
