I. Background

High-risk HPV infection is the main reason for the development of cervical cancer, and HPV vaccination can effectively prevent cervical cancer.WHO recommends that girls aged 9-14 years old be the primary target of HPV vaccination, and more than half of the countries in the world have included HPV vaccine in the national immunization program to implement free vaccination, and Xiamen, Chengdu, and Jinan of China have already carried out free vaccination. HPV vaccine free vaccination work in the age of girls, to improve the HPV vaccination rate, prevention and control of cervical cancer, and ultimately to achieve the elimination of cervical cancer is of great significance. 2022 Haizhou District as a pilot area of the vaccination program.

Departmental responsibilities.
