1.1 Occupational Name

Posthumous Plastic Surgeon.

1.2 Occupational Definition

A person who engages in posthumous plastic surgery, reconstruction, make-up and hairdressing using cosmetics, drugs and instruments.

1.3 Occupational Levels

There are five levels in this occupation***, which are as follows: Level 5 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (National Occupational Qualification Level 5), Level 4 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (National Occupational Qualification Level 4), Level 3 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (National Occupational Qualification Level 3), Level 2 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (National Occupational Qualification Level 2), and Level 1 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (National Occupational Qualification Level 1).

1.5 Characteristics of Occupational Ability

Good sense of form and body, flexible fingers and arms, coordinated movement, good color discrimination, and certain observation, judgment and analysis ability.

Junior high school graduation.

1.7 Training Requirements

1.7.1 Training Duration

Full-time vocational school education, determined according to its cultivation objectives and teaching programs. Advancement training period: not less than one standard 360 hours for level 5 morticians; not less than 300 standard hours for level 4 morticians; not less than 260 standard hours for level 3 morticians; not less than 240 standard hours for level 2 morticians; not less than 120 standard hours for level 1 morticians. Teachers should obtain the first level of vocational qualification certificate of the occupation for more than three years or senior professional and technical post qualification of the relevant profession.

1.7.3 Training site equipment

Standard classrooms and equipment and facilities that can meet the needs of more than five people to perform the professional skills operation of body contouring at the same time.

1.8 Accreditation Requirements

1.8.2 Reporting conditions

-- Level 5 body plastic surgeon (with one of the following conditions):

(1) by the occupation of the fifth level of formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.

(2) Work in this occupation for more than 2 years of continuous apprenticeship.

-- Level 4 Postmortem Plastic Surgeon (with one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of Level 5 of the occupation, continuously working in the occupation for more than 3 years, and obtaining the certificate of completion after the formal training of Level 4 of the occupation up to the prescribed standard number of credit hours.

(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of the fifth level of this occupation, continuously engaging in this occupation for more than 5 years.

(3) Work continuously in this occupation for more than 7 years.

(4) to obtain the labor security administrative department audit and recognition of the intermediate skills for the training of vocational and technical schools above the intermediate vocational (professional) certificate of graduation.

-- Third-degree plastic surgeon (with one of the following conditions)

(1) after obtaining the occupational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in the work of this occupation for more than four years, by the occupation of the third level of formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain the certificate of completion.

(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of the fourth level of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.

(3) Obtain the certificate of graduation of this occupation (specialty) from the senior technical school or the higher vocational school with the objective of cultivating high-level skills, which has been examined and recognized by the administrative department of labor security.

(4) obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of the fourth level of the occupation of college graduates of this or related majors, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

-- Second-level body plastic surgeon (with one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the third-level vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, through the second level of formal training in this occupation up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.

(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of the third level of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years.

(3) obtain the vocational qualification certificate of the third level of this occupation, advanced technical school graduates of this occupation (specialty), continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

-- First-class body plastic surgeon (with one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the second-level vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than 3 years, and obtaining the certificate of completion of the first level of formal training in the occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours.

(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of the second level of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

1.8.3 appraisal mode

divided into theoretical knowledge test and skills assessment, theoretical knowledge test using closed book written test. Skill operation assessment using on-site practical operation.
