First, see if they want you to go to class without saying a word, want you to go to training, want you to go to the insurance agent qualification certificate, and finally want you to run the business. If YES, it's pulling you to sell insurance.
Secondly, see what kind of contract they sign for you, labor contract or agent contract. The former is literally a non-business position, the latter is a disguised recruiter, which is what makes insurance companies so heinous.
