I don't know if you have signed a labor contract, how many months is the agreed trial period? If there is no labor contract, you can resign at any time, without the consent of the manufacturer.
Article 38 states: If the employer has any of the following circumstances, the worker may terminate the labor contract:
(1) Failure to provide labor protection or labor conditions as agreed in the labor contract;
(2) Failure to pay labor remuneration in full and on time;
(3) Failure to pay social insurance premiums for the worker according to law;
(4) Failure to provide labor protection or labor conditions as agreed in the labor contract;
(5) Failure to provide labor protection or labor conditions as agreed in the labor contract. (D) Where the rules and regulations of the employer violate the provisions of laws and regulations to the detriment of the rights and interests of the workers;
(E) Where the labor contract is invalidated due to the circumstances stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 26 of the present Law;
(F) In other cases where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the workers may terminate the labor contract.
If an employer forces a worker to work by means of violence, threat, or unlawful restriction of personal freedom, or if the employer violates the rules of command or orders risky work that endangers the worker's personal safety, the worker may terminate the employment contract immediately without prior notice to the employer.
If you have signed a labor contract for more than three years, the probation period is three months, the unit has paid social insurance for you, the workplace and occupational hazards at the time of recruitment have been notified to you in advance, and the unit does not have any of the above violations, you can still submit your resignation, and the labor contract will be terminated automatically after 30 days of resignation.
You can also apply for sick leave for medical treatment, and then resign after the expiration of the medical period, if you still can't continue to work.
