The major infectious disease outbreak referred to in this provision refers to the infectious disease outbreak determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Emergency Regulations for Public **** Health Emergencies.
The provisions of this traffic health quarantine, refers to the "domestic traffic health quarantine regulations" on the vehicle and ship, port and station, passengers and goods, such as the implementation of health inspection, emergency health treatment, emergency control, temporary isolation, medical inspection and retention of inspection and other emergency health precautions, control, disposal measures.
The provisions of the quarantine infectious disease patients, suspected quarantine infectious disease patients, refers to the State Council to determine and announce the quarantine infectious disease patients, suspected infectious disease patients.
The provisions of the vehicle and ship, refers to the road transport, waterway transport activities, passenger cars, trucks, passenger ships (including passenger ferries) and cargo ships.
The port and station referred to in these provisions, refers to the provision of docking vehicles and ships, loading and unloading passengers, loading and unloading of goods, including bus passenger stations, freight stations, port passenger stations, freight terminals, port yards and warehouses.
The provisions of the passenger transportation personnel, refers to all personnel on board the vehicle, including vehicle drivers and crew, crew, passengers and so on. (a) the composition of the emergency transportation emergency response headquarters and the duties of the relevant agencies;
(b) the emergency related to the car, ship, port and station of a major infectious disease patients, patients with major infectious diseases, suspected major infectious diseases and patients who may be infected with major infectious diseases.
(3) Emergency treatment plan for contaminated vehicles, vessels, port stations and pollutants;
(4) Transportation plan for groups of people, epidemic prevention personnel and ambulance personnel in emergencies;
(5) Transportation plan for emergency supplies such as medicines, medical rescue equipment and instruments in emergencies;
(6) Emergency transportation plan for vehicles, vessels, port stations, patients with major infectious diseases, patients with suspected major infectious diseases and patients who may be infected with major infectious diseases. (F) emergency maintenance and emergency management programs for emergency-related vehicles and vessels, port stations, roads, waterways, locks;
(VII) collection, analysis, reporting, notification and publicity programs for emergency-related transportation information;
(VIII) emergency-related emergency materials, capacity reserves and scheduling programs;
(IX) emergency transportation emergency response implementation body
(j) the organization and training program of emergency traffic emergency response personnel;
(k) emergency traffic emergency response inspection and supervision program;
(l) emergency traffic emergency response other related work programs.
To prevent and deal with other emergencies developed emergency traffic emergency plan, shall include the preceding paragraph of this article in addition to paragraph (b), (c) and (h) other than the content of the provisions of this article, and includes emergency traffic emergency facilities, equipment and other related materials reserves and scheduling program.
The contingency plan for emergency transportation should be revised and supplemented in a timely manner according to changes in emergencies and problems in implementation.
