What is the heat resistance temperature of RQTSi5 medium silicon heat resistant ductile iron?

The heat-resistant temperature of RQTSi5.5 medium silicon heat-resistant ductile iron is 800 degrees;

Ductile iron castings have been used in just about all the major industrial sectors, which require high levels of strength, plasticity, toughness, resistance to abrasion, resistance to severe thermal and mechanical shock, resistance to high or low temperatures, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. In order to meet these changes in the conditions of use, ductile iron has many grades, providing a wide range of mechanical and physical properties.

As stipulated by the International Organization for Standardization ISO1083, most ductile iron castings, mainly produced in the unalloyed state. Obviously, this range includes high-strength grades with tensile strengths greater than 800 Newtons per square millimeter and elongation of 2%. At the other extreme are highly plastic grades with elongations greater than 17% and correspondingly lower strengths (as low as 370 N/mm2). Strength and elongation are not the only basis for designers to select materials, while other decisive and important properties include yield strength, modulus of elasticity, wear resistance and fatigue strength, hardness and impact properties. In addition, corrosion and oxidation resistance and electromagnetic properties may be critical to the designer. To meet these specialized uses, a group of austenitic ductile irons, often called Ni a Resis ductile irons, has been developed. These austenitic ductile irons, alloyed primarily with nickel, chromium and manganese, are included in international standards.

For pearlite-type ductile iron, with medium-high strength, medium toughness and plasticity, high comprehensive performance, wear resistance and vibration damping good, casting process performance is good and so on. Can change its performance through various heat treatment. Mainly used for a variety of power machinery crankshafts, camshafts, connecting shafts, connecting rods, gears, clutch plates, hydraulic cylinders and other parts.
