2. Check the hook, rope buckle and hoist lock, and test the lifting center of the suspended motor;
3. Dismantle the power cord of the motor and remove the connecting screws between the motor and the pump body; Remove the connecting screws of motor and water pump coupling.
4. Lift the motor. When the motor is separated from the water pump by a certain distance, tighten the rope and slowly lower the motor (to prevent the motor's center of gravity from shifting, damaging the equipment and hurting people); After the motor is laid flat on the board, pull out the coupling, remove the motor cover and take out the blades.
5, check the motor winding insulation with a shaking table, and make records; Then mark disassembly, unscrew the screws of the front and rear end cover plates of the motor, and take out the end cover plates.
6, check the bearing wear degree, if you need to replace the bearing, pull out the bearing with a zipper (first pull out the rotor and then take out the bearing, don't hurt the stator winding when pulling out the rotor, and take certain protective measures when necessary).
7. Replace the motor bearing with heating method, cooling method and direct cylinder pressing method.
8. If the bearing is on the outer ring, check the fit between the bearing seat of the end cover and the bearing. If the fit is not good, the end cover bearing seat should be treated. Assembling the motor is the reverse of disassembling the motor.
9. Before assembling the motor, check the insulation of the motor winding (the motor winding must be baked and dehumidified when it is damp, and it must be heated and dipped with insulating paint if necessary); The detection value is within the specified range and can be used.
Second, the vertical multistage centrifugal pump disintegration water pump:
Because the pump manufacturers and models are different, the pump body structure is also different; However, the disassembly and maintenance of the water pump is slightly two steps. One is moving from the bottom to the next level, and the other is moving from the top to the next level. We take the first-level demolition (bottom-up) as an example:
1. Close the inlet and outlet valves, drain the water in the pump body, and mark the disassembly of each stage.
2. Pull out the coupling on the pump body with a zipper, remove the cover wrench nut, remove the bearing cover wrench, remove the bearing, shaft seal or packing, and it is forbidden to pry hard when removing the magnetic ring mechanical shaft seal.
3. Remove the screw connecting the outlet of the pump body with the pipe network, and unscrew the fixing bolt between the pump body and the base. Tie it to 2/5 of the pump body with hemp rope, lift the pump, move it away from the base and put it down slowly. When lowering the pump, remember not to touch and bend the pump shaft, and put the pump flat on the floor.
4, screw out the pump shaft nut, remove the shaft sleeve, and then remove the impeller, (it is forbidden to directly hammer the shaft sleeve and impeller during the removal process), and finally take out the shell.
5. When disassembling the first-stage shaft sleeve, impeller and shell, disassemble the shaft before the next-stage disassembly (the pump shaft below 35mm cannot be used as a stress tool to move the water pump).
6. The following disassembly methods are the same as above, please pay attention to put the removed parts at all levels in order; When all the back-stage components of zui are removed.
7, the whole work into grinding parts between the mating surfaces, derusting, cleaning scale. Diesel oil and harmful substances are strictly prohibited during cleaning.
Three, vertical multistage centrifugal pump assembly metering pump body:
1. After derusting, cleaning and polishing are completed, assemble the water pump (the order and method of assembly and disassembly are opposite). First, put the bearing stage horizontally on the batten, then put the outlet stage on it, and then put the shaft with the balance drum vertically in the middle of the inlet stage.
2. Install the main impeller on the shaft and put the waterproof ring on the edge of the shell.
3. Sleeve the shaft sleeve on the shaft, then install the next stage shell, then install the second stage impeller, then install the shaft sleeve and the next stage shell, and install the N stage.
4. After installing the last stage, tighten the two counter nuts.
5. After completing the above work, hang the pump body on the base and tighten the fixing bolts.
6. Install the mechanical seal (or packing), then install the bearing (pay attention to the direction of the two bearings), and tighten the nut that locks the bearing.
7, manual turning, debugging rotation is easy, it is advisable to install the coupling.
8. Hang the motor on the chemical pump body, check the distance between the two couplings, generally 3~5mm, check the coaxiality of the motor and the water pump, and tighten the connecting bolts between the motor and the pump body.
9. Check the fastening of all connecting screws of the equipment, and then connect the power cord of the motor.
