Specific prevention and control measures are as follows:
I. Outpatient management
1. Please wear a mask throughout the entire process of entering the hospital, in the pre-screening and triage channel to measure the temperature, check the health code and trip code, accept the epidemiological investigation, the body temperature is normal and the health code and trip code to verify the green code, before entering the outpatient clinic. 3. Please consciously cooperate with the implementation of "one doctor, one patient, one clinic" during the outpatient consultation to avoid the gathering of people, please keep a distance of more than 1 meter during the consultation, and each patient is limited to be accompanied by one family member.
4. When waiting for medical treatment, sit at intervals. Please keep a distance of more than 1 meter during the examination, medicine collection, payment, and hospital entry and exit procedures.
5. Health code "green code" with ※, "yellow code", "red code", temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃, or suspected epidemiological history of the key monitoring groups, such as people please Go to the Fever Clinic to be screened.
II. Ward management
1. During the hospitalization of patients, visits are completely prohibited. Promote visits and condolences by phone, wechat and video.
2. Hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel are required to hold a certificate of nucleic acid within 24 hours before admission. Hospitalized patients are limited to one person accompanying the patient, and the patient and the accompanying person are required to undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements of the department.
3. The accompanying personnel enter and leave the ward with the accompanying card, and the inpatients enter and leave the ward with the "wristband", and it is strictly prohibited to enter and leave without the relevant certificates.
4. During the period of hospitalization, escorts must abide by the hospital regulations, wear masks in a standardized manner and move in a limited area, and are prohibited from walking across the ward and chatting in a crowd.
5. Keep the air in the hospital room fresh, increase the frequency of window opening and ventilation, open the window at least twice a day, each time not less than 30 minutes, pay attention to warmth during ventilation, avoid getting cold.
6. Take the initiative to cooperate with temperature testing and do personal health monitoring. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue or other suspected symptoms of discomfort, you should immediately take the initiative to report to the medical staff.
Three, fever clinic management
1. All patients entering the fever clinic must undergo a new coronavirus nucleic acid test.
2. Patients with fever, respiratory symptoms such as dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, or other symptoms such as malaise, myalgia, conjunctivitis, and loss of smell and taste, go directly to the fever clinic.
3. Patients with suspected epidemiologic history and contact history found in the pre-screening triage with the above symptoms must be directed to the fever clinic for examination.
4. Suspected epidemiologic history and contact history include, but are not limited to, the following:
History of travel outside of the country and in medium- to high-risk areas within 28 days;
History of contact with people outside of the country and in medium- to high-risk areas within 21 days;
History of clustering of illnesses within 14 days.
Fourth, personal hygiene habits
Personal hygiene, coughing or sneezing with a tissue to cover the mouth and nose, wash your hands regularly, do not touch the mouth, eyes and nose with dirty hands, do not spit, nasal and oral secretions wrapped in tissue paper and disposed of in a covered garbage can.
V. Nucleic acid test specimen collection point location
