The state implements classified management of medical devices
Category 1: According to the "Product Quality Law", medical devices that can ensure their safety and effectiveness through routine management (such as blood pressure meter, diagnostic hammer, oxygen bag, sterilizer, etc.).
Category 2: Medical devices whose product mechanism has been recognized internationally and domestically, whose technology is mature, and whose safety and effectiveness must be controlled (such as: electronic thermometer, brain or electrocardiograph, B-ultrasound, gastroscopy , dental equipment, etc.).
Category 3: Medical devices that are implanted in the human body, or used to support life, or have complex technical structures that may be potentially dangerous to the human body and whose safety and effectiveness must be controlled.
