I. Preparation before entering the country
1.Register and fill out the e-entry card within 72 hours before arriving in the Philippines to apply for the Philippine Health Code (free of charge);
2.Have a full set of vaccines or 24 hour proof of vaccination in your possession before departing the country. Proof of full vaccination or paper report of negative Antigen test taken within 24 hours;
3.Minors below 18 years of age are not allowed to fly alone without DSWD approval.
4. Passengers coming to the Philippines, except Filipino nationals and foreign children under 12 years of age, should be fully vaccinated with the New Crown vaccine for 14 days and have a Philippine Certificate of Accredited Vaccine.
II. New Crown Vaccination
(1) Completion of Vaccination
Travelers are not required to produce proof of negative nucleic acid test upon entry into the Philippines upon presentation of the relevant proof of New Crown Vaccination document.(2) Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and unable to verify vaccination status
1 Travelers are required to have a negative antigen test certificate within 24 hours prior to departure and will no longer be required to undergo quarantine upon entry into the Philippines (antigen test must be conducted by a compliant healthcare provider from a specialized healthcare facility in the country of origin). If the negative antigen test certificate is not available, the antigen test will have to be conducted by a compliant healthcare professional from a compliant healthcare facility upon arrival at the Philippine airport. 2 This rule also applies to unaccompanied and unvaccinated minors under 15 years of age. Unvaccinated minors under the age of 15 must follow the protocol of traveling with their parents or guardians.(3) Reminder Notes
1 Any incoming traveler, whether Filipino or foreigner, who is positive for the New Crown Pneumonia Virus (NCPV) through a rapid antigen detection test shall be subject to the latest prevailing quarantine and isolation program of the Department of Health (DOH); 2 "Fully vaccinated "Meaning: A person is considered "fully vaccinated" if he/she has received the second dose of the two-dose series of CKPV vaccine 14 days prior to departure from the country/port of departure.III. All persons entering the country are required to obtain visas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of the Philippines and to comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) of the Philippines. (1) Hold a passport with a validity period of 6 months or more; (2) Apply for and obtain a Philippine visa; (3) Receive a full course of vaccinations and booster shots; (4) Provide a Certificate of Vaccination for the New Crown Vaccine; (5) Fill out an e-Arrival Card within 72 hours prior to arriving in the Philippines; (6) Prove a valid return airfare within 30 days; (7) Submit a copy of your return airfare to the Philippines. (6)Proof of valid return air ticket within 30 days (for travelers entering the Philippines on a short-term visa, e.g., Tourist Visa) Travel insurance and specific coverage is no longer a requirement for entry into the Philippines, but the country still encourages travelers to purchase travel insurance.
