One, wall panels Introduction

Four, polyurethane insulation composite board continuous production line unit machine structure and function introduction

Ⅰ. Unwinding machine

Function: used for unloading embossing of steel coil.

Structural form: welded steel frame, through the hydraulic cylinder to achieve lateral displacement, to prevent the coil from running off, uncoiling passive type, with pneumatic brake to achieve tension control.

II. Embossing machine

Function: According to different flower color wall panels, use the upper and lower two pairs of pressure relief metal flower rollers to press out different patterns of color steel.

III. Foaming machine:

BLC(R) type low-pressure continuous foaming machine or PH(R/F) high-pressure foaming machine, adopting one resin (A) material tank and one hardener (B) material tank; two metering pump units are driven by independent frequency conversion motors, and the output flow rate of the metering pumps is controlled by changing the rotation speed of the metering pumps. Finally, the components are mixed according to the required ratio and evenly sprayed between the lower steel plate or other substrates.

V, laminating machine

Function: to complete the polyurethane online foaming and shaping; chain plate unit consists of driving motor, sprocket, aluminum alloy chain plate, pin and rolling bearings. Adopting electric heat pipe heating; it can quickly heat the double belt machine to the temperature needed for production. When the temperature reaches the preset value, you can choose to turn on or off the electric heating during the normal operation of the production line according to the needs of the actual situation.

VI.Sawing and Cutting Machine

Function: Saw off the molded sheet according to the set size.

Structure: the machine base, machine body and upper moving frame are made of section steel and plate welding structure, which are connected together by linear guide rail, and the mounting surface of the guide rail has been finely machined to ensure the mounting precision; the sawing motor is mounted on the upper moving frame, and the moving frame is driven by the speed reducer motor to move horizontally; the clamping device is mounted on the machine body, and it consists of a cylinder and a pressurized block; the reset device consists of a cylinder and buffer; when the plate reaches the set length, the clamping device is mounted on the machine body, and it is driven by the speed reducer motor to move horizontally. When the plate reaches the set length, the clamping cylinder pushes down the clamping block, and the reset cylinder pushes the machine body to move along with the plate; at the same time, the sawing motor starts, and the geared motor drives the upper moving frame to move transversely, so as to realize the transverse cutting of the plate; after cutting off the plate, the clamping device lifts up, and the reset cylinder pushes the machine body to return to the origin and reset.
