Electronic Medical Record (EMR, Electronic Medical Record) is also known as computerized medical record system or computer-based patient record (CPR, Computer-Based Patient Record). It is a digitized patient's medical record that is saved, managed, transmitted and reproduced using electronic devices (computers, health cards, etc.), replacing the handwritten paper medical record.
