At the end of 1999, seven enterprises, including phthalic anhydride, phenol acetone, ethylene glycol, ABS, polyethylene, ethanolamine, AES, measurement center and pressure inspection center, were incorporated into CNPC to form PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company. And transfer the equity of Jilin Chemical Co., Ltd. held by Jihua Group Company to CNPC. Jihua Group Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Company.
So far, Jihua has formed a three-legged structure as a whole, namely, Jihua Group, Jilin Petrochemical Company and Jilin Chemical Co., Ltd. ..
On March 1 day, 2000, Jihua Group and Jilin Petrochemical Company (including Jilin Chemical Co., Ltd.) formally operated separately.
At the beginning of the division, the income from the main business of Jihua Group Company was less than 65,438+00% of the total assets, and the enterprise lost 350 million yuan in 2000.
