2, we guarantee to provide the contract goods are new and unused. We guarantee that the contract goods in the correct installation, normal operation, safe and reliable operation. During the quality guarantee period, if the contract goods provided by us are found to be defective and do not conform to the contract agreement, the buyer may make a claim to us. We will repair, replace or compensate the buyer's loss according to the buyer's requirements. If replacement is required, we will replace the goods with qualified and high-quality products in a timely manner. We shall bear all costs incurred. If we have any objection to the claim, we shall submit it in writing within 7 days after receiving the claim notice from the buyer, otherwise it shall be regarded as recognizing the buyer's claim. We designate the project manager responsible for the project, responsible for coordinating the seller in the whole process of the project, such as: engineering progress, design and manufacturing, drawing documents, manufacturing confirmation, packaging and transportation, site installation, commissioning and acceptance.

In the quality assurance period, due to our responsibility to repair, replace the defective equipment caused by the contract goods out of service, the quality assurance period from my side to eliminate the defects recalculated, all the resulting losses (including but not limited to the quality of the equipment caused by the relevant testing, experiments, expert advice, transportation, installation and other costs) borne by our side. If defects are found in the components of the contracted goods during the quality assurance period but do not affect the normal operation of the contracted goods, the quality assurance period of the repaired or replaced components will be recalculated.

4. The expiration of the warranty period shall not be deemed to be the termination of our responsibility for potential defects in the contract goods that may cause damage to the contract goods. During the life of the contractual goods, when the contractual goods are potentially defective, the buyer has the right to require us to repair or replace the defective contractual goods and the same batch of contractual goods at cost price in time.

5, we ensure that the contract goods after proper installation, normal operation and maintenance, in its life running well, we promise that the life of the contract goods is not less than 20xx years.

6, in the life of the contract goods, we found that the contract goods have potential defects or principle of failure, will be the first time in writing to inform the buyer.

7, for the contract goods, we use the operation of experience to prove the correct, mature technology and materials; if the use of new technologies, new materials we have not been used in the past, by the buyer's prior consent. The buyer's consent does not reduce or exempt us from our responsibilities under this contract. We shall be responsible for all quality problems of equipment and components purchased from subcontractors.

8. If the contractual goods supplied by us are defective, or if the contractual goods are scrapped or the project is reworked due to errors in the technical data or errors in the guidance of our technicians, we shall immediately replace the contractual goods free of charge or compensate for the damages suffered by the Purchaser as a result of such defects. If it is necessary to replace the Contract Goods, we shall bear all the costs incurred for the replacement at the installation site, including but not limited to the cost of the new Goods, the `costs' of transporting the new Goods to the installation site, and the costs of handling the replaced Goods. The period for us to replace or repair the contract goods shall be as agreed by both parties, and if the replacement or repair work is not completed after the deadline, it shall be treated as delayed delivery.

9, if the buyer is not in accordance with the technical information provided by us, drawings, instructions for installation, operation or maintenance, and non-technical reasons caused by the contract goods damage, the buyer is responsible for the repair, replacement, but we are obliged to provide replacement parts as soon as possible, for the buyer to request urgent parts, we should arrange the fastest way to transport, and all the costs are borne by the buyer. All costs shall be borne by the buyer.

10, in the period from the date of delivery of the contract goods to the place of delivery to the date of the end of the quality assurance period, if we find that the contract goods provided by us are defective and do not comply with the agreement of this contract, the buyer has the right to choose and we need to take the following remedial measures:

10.1 Repair

We repair the contract goods that do not comply with the agreement of the contract (including return to the factory for repair) to bring them into conformity with the contract at our expense. Unless the buyer agrees, the repair work should be completed within 30 days.

10.2 Replacement

We shall replace the contract goods that do not conform to the contract with goods that do conform to the contract at our expense. Unless the Buyer agrees, the replacement shall be completed within 30 days.

10.3 Return of Goods

If the Buyer returns defective Contract Goods to us, we are responsible for removing the returned Contract Goods from the installation site. In this case, we shall refund the purchase price received for the contract goods and bear the costs of installation, dismantling, transportation, insurance and the difference in price for the purchase of substitutes incurred by the buyer.

10.4 Price reduction

Subject to the agreement of the seller and the buyer, we shall reduce the price of defective contract goods by refunding to the buyer the difference between the original contract price and the reduced price of the defective contract goods.

10.5 Compensation for losses

Unless already agreed, we shall compensate the buyer for losses due to defects in the contract goods.

The buyer's choice of any of the above remedies does not reduce or exempt us from our liability for breach of contract under the contract.
