6. Formulate employee reward and punishment regulations, approve reward and punishment reports of various departments, and implement reward and punishment decisions.
7. Organize recruitment work according to the employment plan, be responsible for the review and approval of recruitment, employment, and dismissal of employees, and complete various procedures in accordance with prescribed procedures.
8. Manage the company's internal affairs, office area sanitation, safety, water and electricity, etc. to ensure normal meals for employees and the safety of company property.
9. Do a good job in company communication management.
10. Responsible for the purchase, management and maintenance arrangements of the company's office equipment, and the planned purchase, storage, distribution and inventory of work clothes and office supplies.
