7, shopping malls, markets, public **** cultural facilities, places of religious activities and other crowded places;

8, the use of flammable combustible exterior wall insulation materials of high-rise buildings, buildings with lower fire resistance rating;

9, the district people's government to delimit and announce the other district city, places.

(c) During the heavy pollution weather, the city banned all fireworks.
