Gas making -> Semi-aquatic coal gas desulfurization -> Compressor 1,2 section -> Reform -> Reform gas desulfurization -> Compressor 3 section -> Desulfurization -> Compressor 4,5 section -> Copper washing -> Compressor 6 section -> Copper washing -> Compressor 6 -> ammonia synthesis -> product NH3
The ammonia synthesis process flow diagram when using methanation to desulphurize the CO2 in the raw gas is as follows:
Gas production -> half-water gas desulphurization -> Compressor 1,2 -> conversion -> converting gas desulphurization -> Compressor 3 -> decarburization -> fine desulphurization -> conversion gas desulphurization -> compressor 3 -> decarbonization -> fine desulphurization -> compressor 3 -> decarbonation -> > Fine desulphurization -> Methanation -> Compressor 4,5,6 -> Ammonia synthesis -> Product NH3
