1. Make the pit and embedded parts flush with the bottom of the pit according to the drawing requirements. The pit map is generally provided by elevator manufacturers to customers free of charge according to the different design dimensions of each product.
2. The iron plate is fixed at the bottom of the guide rail as an embedded part (the size of the iron plate is generally indicated in the pit drawing), and then the guide rail is welded on the iron plate and connected to the top at the same time, so that it can be fixed firmly up and down. Place the platform of the freight elevator in the pit and adjust the platform to the level of the platform and the ground.
3. Fix one side of the guide rail vertically. The key is to lay the table flat, put it in the guide rail and let the guide wheel slide freely in the guide rail.
4. The control box is generally installed by a professional electrician arranged by the manufacturer.
5. Connect the power start-up equipment and check whether the guide rail and the main engine are in good condition.
6. Adjust the upper limit travel switch: lift the platform to the designated position, make sure it is in good condition, and install the limit switch.
7. Debugging: During the lifting of the freight elevator platform, the guide wheels must slide smoothly in the guide rails, so that the lifting platform can lift smoothly without noise or abnormal sound. After several times of no-load operation, try the operation again, and carry out several times of load operation according to the required bearing capacity.
