Ultra High Frequency Electronic Tag (UltraHighFrequencyElectronicTag), referred to as UHF tags, is a kind of intelligent marking technology using radio frequency identification technology. It can store information in a tiny chip and transmit and read it through radio waves.UHF tags are characterized by high speed, high efficiency, high precision and high reliability, and are widely used in logistics, retail, medical, transportation and other industries.
The working principle of UHF tag
UHF tag consists of chip, antenna, encapsulation material and so on. When the UHF reader sends electromagnetic waves to the UHF tag, the chip inside the tag receives the electromagnetic waves, decodes them, and sends the information stored in the chip back to the reader. This process is similar to the scanning of a QR code, but UHF tags allow for long-range, non-contact identification.
Application Scenarios of UHF Tags
1. Logistics Industry: UHF tags can accurately identify the goods and realize the automatic management of logistics information.
2. Retail industry: UHF tags can realize commodity inventory management, anti-theft management and commodity tracking.
3. Medical industry: UHF tags can realize the tracking management of medical devices and drugs, and improve medical safety.
4. Transportation industry: UHF tags can realize automatic vehicle charging, vehicle safety management and other functions.
UHF tag operation steps
1. Preparation: UHF tags, UHF readers, computers and other equipment.
2. Setting up UHF tags: write the information to be stored into the UHF tag chip.
3. Read UHF tags: UHF tags placed in the UHF read-write read range, the read-write will send electromagnetic waves to the tag, the tag receives the electromagnetic waves will send the stored information back to the read-write.
4. Processing the read information: the read information through the computer and other equipment for processing and management.
Advantages of UHF tags
1. High efficiency: UHF tags can realize high-speed and efficient information recognition and transmission.
2. Reliability: UHF tags have a high degree of reliability with a long reading distance and a low false recognition rate.
3. Flexibility: UHF tags can be read and written many times, and large storage capacity, can store a large amount of information.
4. Security: UHF tags can be encrypted to protect the security of information.
