I am a QC supervisor, and my daily work in our department is:
1. Responsible for the quality inspection of incoming materials, production process and finished products, ensuring that unqualified raw materials do not enter the production line and unqualified finished products do not leave the factory. Specific process: sampling according to the sampling method specified in the operating procedures, checking all items according to the standard specifications, filling in the inspection records timely and truly, and filing the records. According to the test results, each minimum package is labeled as qualified, unqualified, isolated and returned to the supplier. Relevant information, signature and date should be filled in by QC personnel on the label.
2. Responsible for product quality monitoring, and have the right to report the product quality directly to the superior within the scope of quality monitoring management.
3. Be responsible for the quality tracking and statistics of concession receiving raw materials and the quality statistics of production process.
4. Be responsible for the sample observation of products within the validity period and assist relevant departments to solve quality problems.
5. Responsible for the daily management of QC laboratory, including laboratory cleaning, management and maintenance of consumable reagents, inspection instruments, equipment and tools.
