Autoclave steam sterilizer is commonly known as sterilizer, is the medium (culture material) for moist heat sterilization equipment. The production of mother seed is suitable for small portable sterilizer or medium-sized vertical sterilizer. The production of the original species, cultivated species or substitute material for clinker cultivation, can be used for large horizontal sterilizer (sterilizer cabinet). The correct use of sterilization pots, is a guarantee of safe production.
(1) sterilization pot with water in addition to some of the sterilization pot with a special steam boiler, other sterilization pots need to add the right amount of water, and then produce steam from water. To this end, the water must pay attention to two points: one is the quality of water, the second is the amount of water. Water quality is not only required to clean, and it is best to use distilled water or deionized water, so as not to produce scale after long-term use, affecting the normal use of equipment. The amount of water should be added according to the requirements of the manual, do not be too much or too little. (2) sterilization pot loading in order to facilitate the smooth circulation of steam in the sterilization pot, each time the loading should be appropriate. Generally advocate leaving 1/5 to 1/4 of the volume, both economic and effective. Especially bags of culture materials, it is more important to reserve steam channel, so as not to affect the sterilization effect. (3) exhaust warming close the door of the sterilization pot, start heating. When the pressure in the pot reaches 0.04 MPa, the need to exhaust the cold air inside the pot, otherwise the pressure and temperature can not be synchronized to rise, the phenomenon of low temperature and high pressure, affecting the sterilization effect (Table 5).
