The second-hand equipment is the equipment used in the transaction.

At present, in international trade, used machine can be referred to the used equipment, is the main equipment of foreign second-hand trading market. In addition, "Used equipment (UE)" can be used as a general term for used equipment.
In China, the earlier definition of used equipment appeared in the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in December 2002 to consider the adoption of the "People's Republic of China *** and the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Decree" (No. 37), according to the provisions of this document, the old electromechanical products refers to one of the following conditions:
(1) has been used, still has the basic function and certain value of use of mechanical and electrical products. Basic functions and certain use value of electromechanical products;
(2) unused but stored for too long, more than the quality assurance period of electromechanical products;
(3) unused but stored for too long, the parts produce obvious tangible loss of electromechanical products;
(4) old and new parts of the mix of electromechanical products;
(5) large-scale second-hand sets of equipment.
These products have been used for a long time.
By 2010, second-hand equipment has a clear definition: China's Ministry of Commerce in its release of the "second-hand equipment circulation technical specifications in general" clearly stipulates that the following three types of equipment can be recognized as second-hand equipment:
1. Used equipment, but to maintain its basic use of the value or all the value of the use of the equipment;
2. After replacing the parts and components of the formation of a mixed or After renovation, restoration, basically maintain the original technical performance, play the original role of the equipment can be recognized as second-hand equipment;
3.
