Zhujiaqiao Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the north of Zhujiaqiao Foreign Trade Terminal, west of Changjiang Road, covering an area of 23 hectares. The total design scale of the project is 400,000 cubic meters of urban sewage treatment per day, and the total investment estimate is about 800 million yuan. According to the program of one-time planning and phased implementation, the first phase of Zhujiaqiao wastewater treatment plant is to treat 100,000 cubic meters per day, with a total investment of 290 million yuan, consisting of two major systems, namely, the plant area and the intake pipe network. The construction of the plant includes water pumping station, fine grating room, primary sedimentation tank, biochemical tank, second sedimentation tank, chlorination room, tail water discharge pumping station and so on. This project adopts A2 /O biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, sewage treatment structures mainly include: grating, cyclone sand sedimentation tank, primary sedimentation tank, overflow well, A2 /O biochemical tank, secondary sedimentation tank, blower room, sludge reflux pumping room, chlorination room, contact disinfection tank. The sewage enters the cyclone sand sedimentation tank by removing large suspended solids through grating; in the cyclone sand sedimentation tank, the centrifugal force of hydraulic cyclone removes large sand particles, and the sewage enters the primary sedimentation tank; in the primary sedimentation tank, 40-60% of SS is removed, and the effluent is distributed through the overflow well, and then enters into the A2/O biochemical tank, in which the sewage undergoes the process of nitrification and denitrification to remove nitrogen, while the microorganisms adsorb a large amount of phosphorus. At the same time, the microorganisms adsorb a large amount of phosphorus, and the wastewater enters into the secondary sedimentation tank together; in the secondary sedimentation tank, the mixed liquid is separated from the solid-liquid for a period of time, and the wastewater is disinfected by chlorination and discharged to meet the standard; most of the sludge is returned to the flow, and the residual sludge which contains a high concentration of phosphorus enters into the sludge dehydration room for dewatering, and then removes the phosphorus in the sewage. Sludge treatment includes: sludge storage tank, sludge thickening and dewatering machine room. The operation and management of the whole plant adopts advanced computerized automatic control system at home and abroad, so that the production and operation of the plant can realize automatic control.
